Vaultline Collectables is a collector-run business specialising in model railways, Pokémon products and other collectables.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Product Descriptions

We aim to describe all items as accurately as possible and provide clear photographs of the item being sold.

Many products sold by Vaultline Collectables are pre-owned, vintage or collectable items and may show signs of age, wear or previous use. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions before purchasing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier or postal service used.

Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Photographs may be requested to assist with any claim.
